We’ve gotten some great feedback since last week and The Agenda’s premiere on XM Online. If you haven’t heard, each Monday’s show is now available on a continuous loop on XM Online channel 134 starting at 10 p.m. ET following our live broadcast from 6 - 8 p.m. ET (and that’s still on channel 200 on your XM radio). If you’re an XM subscriber, XM Online is already a part of your service. If you don’t have XM, it’s available as a standalone service for $7.99 a month. Here’s the best part: in conjunction with our online launch, you can enjoy an extended two-week free trial of The Agenda and the entire XM Radio Online lineup at no cost through March 31. Now on to this week’s show… We started out with a conversation with syndicated columnist Deb Price of The Detroit News about her recent column on Hillary Clinton. Then it was our pleasure to welcome openly gay jazz musician Dave Koz who has a new album in stores tomorrow. At the Movies features Koz’s iconic saxophone interpreting movie soundtrack classics from “Over the Rainbow” to “As Time Goes By.”

Switching to comedy, Emmy-winning and out comedian Judy Gold sat down with Mary to talk about her show, 25 Questions for a Jewish Mother, currently playing at St. Luke’s Theater in New York. Listen to the segment here.

Then we turned to TV. First with Gail Shister of The Philadelphia Inquirer who was back on The Agenda to give her unique perspective on the controversy around “Grey’s Anatomy” actor Isaiah Washington. Listen to Shister’s segment here.

Then we talked to Randy Price, the longtime anchor of 7News in Boston, about being one of the few openly gay anchors in the news business. And finally, Melinda Henneberger joined us live to chat over Joe and Mary’s favorite topic: politics. Henneberger is the political editor of The Huffington Post and previewed her new book, due out this spring, on what women want politicians to understand. Hear her insights here.
